DALLAS, TX – November 1, 2021 – Ultara Holdings, Inc., announces the divestiture of its Industrial Choice Supply business in Ontario.
Construction Distribution & Supply Company, (CDS), https://cdsco.net/, an Ontario based distributor of construction, restoration, waterproofing, maintenance and glazing products to various associated trades, acquired the assets of Industrial Choice Supply in an agreement that closed today. They currently have ten warehouse locations: seven in Ontario, Canada one in Ohio & two in New York, USA.
Industrial Choice Supply Company is an Industrial & Construction Distribution Company based out of Exeter, Ontario. Founded in January 2010, by Exeter Ontario native businessman Bob McIntosh and his Ultara Holdings business partners, their focus has been to work within the rural communities of Southwestern Ontario bringing innovation, superior customer service and an uncompromising commitment to consistently meet their customers’ needs.
