DALLAS, TX – December 11, 2023 – Ultara Holdings, Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition and ownership of Multicopter Warehouse, LLC. This acquisition was completed on December 1, 2023 and brings Multicopter Warehouse back into the 100% Employee Owned Ultara Holding’s portfolio of companies.
Multicopter Warehouse is led by Mr. Justin Wyatt, an industry veteran. He is based out of Multicopter’s Austin, TX sales office.
The Ultara Holdings Portfolio also consists of GeoShack and INTEQ Distributors.
